Workmanship Coverage
Anyone can promise quality. We put a written workmanship warranty behind it, and we put in writing exactly what it covers.
The installation is warranted by us, in writing, for the full warranty term. If our work fails, we fix it, that's the whole clause.
We register the manufacturer material warranty for you at handover, and hand you the paperwork with the final invoice.

Workmanship Warranty: Common Questions
What does the written workmanship warranty cover?
+
The installation itself, if a workmanship defect causes a problem, we come back and make it right. It's our name on the roof for the long haul.
How is that different from the manufacturer warranty?
+
Manufacturer warranties cover the materials; workmanship warranties cover the install. Most roof failures are installation failures, which is why the workmanship side matters most.
Is the warranty transferable if I sell my home?
+
Warranty registration and transfer terms are confirmed in writing with your contract, and a documented transferable warranty is a genuine selling point for your home.
What voids a roof warranty?
+
Unrelated trades walking the roof, pressure washing shingles, unauthorized modifications, and unreported storm damage are the usual culprits. We spell it all out in plain English before you sign.
